2016 #EastLothianHour Themes

Taking part in #EastLothianHour on Twitter is a great way to share information (and discover things!) about our great county.

January – Volunteering – Monday 11th January 9.a.m. – 10.a.m.

This early morning #EastLothianHour will be hosted by @StriveVolunteer and will be a great way to find out about volunteering opportunities through the county and to share your own experiences as a volunteer.

February – Live Music/Arts/Entertainment – Wednesday 10th February 11a.m. – 12 noon

February’s #EastLothianHour will be hosted by @TheBrunton, reknowned as a venue for the best in drama, dance, music, comedy, children’s theatre, panto and film.

March – Literature, Learning & Libraries – Thursday 17th March 7 – 8pm

Books and a Brew…Which book are you reading at the moment?  This and other book-related questions will be asked by hosts @PLHSLibrary.

April – Kindness & Culture Jamming – tbc

From guerrilla gardening, to yarnbombing to random acts of kindness – all types of culture jamming discussed!

May – The Elderly – tbc

What does East Lothian offer its elderly citizens? Is East Lothian a dementia-friendly county?

June – Bumps & Babies – tbc

Everything from Year of the Dad to breastfeeding-friendly premises in East Lothian.
